This is a great dealership, I worked with Dakota who did something no other sales guy has done for me. He listened to what i had to say and made the experience great. I don't know what to say other than we got an outstanding deal on a used vehicle. Our salesman Ryan was great to work with. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. After we were approved for the loan, Ryan assisted in cleaning the vehicle to our expectations. John Marks was able to get us a low interest rate that was beyond our expectations. I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Progressive. The buying process was pretty smooth and the price of the car was fair. My salesman, Mitch, was easy to deal with and the finance office got me a fantastic rate. After getting it home, I noticed that there was an issue with the LEDs in the headlight. Since buying my Grand Cherokee in 2012 I have never had a problem getting my vehicle in for maintainence or repairs on a date or time that wasn’t convenient for me. In the last year since Hilary has been my service rep. the experience has been even better by providing answers to my questions immediately or with a follow up phone call keeping me informed and updated.

Most of us fear being a victim of, "The dealership and their service department." I get it, we can't fix them ourselves anymore. Once you have an appointment and bring your car in for service, they get you in and out in a reasonable amt. of time and with your car fixed. I was provided a loaner vehicle very quickly as well. My only dissatisfaction is with the car itself and the number of times I've had to bring it in because of an electronic failure.

Bought a new Dodge Challenger from Amber. She was very patient and easy to work with, however, what I was most impressed with was her knowledge of the car. I have been disappointed with other buying experiences because the sales person knew less about the car than I did.....Amber knew every little detail about the entertainment system and the advanced features of the car. Was 108miles from Progressive, spoke to Michael Corbin, said to have truck towed there, was there by 5pm and they automatically did a quick diagnosis, told me they could fix truck in morning, hooked me up with a loaner so I could get to hotel. They had truck fixed by 9am the following day making my down time minimal to say the least. Cannot stress enough the professionalism and courtesy experienced from the service staff once again, makes me feel good 2.5yrs later that I chose the right dealer!
