2024 Jeep Wrangler Updates
The iconic Wrangler grille receives a completely new design for 2024, much to the delight of many Jeepers. The front grille's seven slots are smaller and feature a more modern, sleek design, bringing the face of the Wrangler into the future. But this facelift is not merely a cosmetic one; the new design increases airflow to the radiators and helps cool your choice of the many engine options, such as:- 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder
- 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 from the Rubicon 392
- 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6
This updated grille also helps make room for a new Warn winch that is now available and factory installed, a first for the Wrangler. This winch was designed specifically for the Wrangler and features a "automotive grade grease" within its casing.
Other minor adjustments are necessary to meet Jeep's performance and environmental endurance standards. Jeep changed the front bumper's support system. The end product is a factory-installed, fully crash-tested 8000-pound Warn winch. You can add one to any Rubicon model with steel bumpers.
Due to the alterations, the towing capacity is higher by 1500 pounds. The new grille assures that the regular 3.6-liter V-6's cooling system can increase towing capacity to 5000 pounds. Instead of a semi-floating design, the Rubicon's rear axle now uses a full-floating one. The rear axle shafts are no longer linked but separate from the wheel hubs. The Rubicon's off-road capabilities remain unaffected. But the minor tweak enhances the rear axle's camber rigidity, general durability, and trail repairability.

Jeep Wrangler Improves Interior For 2024 Model
The most noticeable update in the 2024 Wrangler is a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It fits well with the restyled dash, which features:- A redesigned passenger grab bar
- A horizontally arranged center air-conditioning vents beneath the screen.
- And More!
The finest feature: The Mondo screen is standard on every model. Yes, from the affordable two-door Sport to the most expensive Rubicon 392.
Wireless phone mirroring and app-based navigation are accessible on all trim levels. But built-in navigation is available once you reach the Sahara model. Other benefits of the factory navigation system include the following:
- Integrated Badge of Honor
- Trail Guidance
- The Trails Off-road trail-library program. An offline suite that uses cached data to function in areas without cellular coverage.
- And More!
The display has strong backlighting, making the screen simple to read. The top and doors open to let the sun shine upon your passengers. But don't worry; the screen adapts from the dense shadow of an underpass to direct sunlight.
Along the passenger-side border and across the top is a brace for your hand. It sounds insignificant, but traveling on uneven ground makes all the difference when making decisions.
The new Wrangler is quieter, thanks to evident and subtle modifications. An in-glass windshield antenna replaces the quaint exterior wire antenna. The Premium Cabin upgrade is free on the following models:
- High Altitude
- Rubicon X
- Rubicon 392
The dual-pane laminated glass on the front-side windows windshield is for extra insulation. Redesigned front seats with 12-way power adjustments are available on the Sahara and above models. There is no more interference with chair buttons while live underwater. The other inside difference may be more significant but is less evident. The thin covers that protect the rollover structure now include side-curtain rollover airbags. Due to their shape, the new airbags simplify pulling yourself aboard the rollover structure.
