Progressive Civic Fund Highlight: Meals on Wheels

At Progressive Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we pride ourselves on dedication and commitment to our community. That’s why our Employee Civic Fund has been so successful in raising money for good causes in Canton and the greater Stark County area.

One such good cause is Meals on Wheels, which operates in several locations in Canton. Our employees raised $2,500 for Meals on Wheels, a nonprofit that delivers meals to the homebound and other people in need. Meals on Wheels provides not only nourishment but also hope, dignity and companionship through its volunteers. With home-delivered meals, Meals on Wheels supports the safety and independence of meal recipients, enabling them to live independently knowing that someone is always there to check on them and offer a smile.

Progressive is proud that our employees stepped up to support the mission of Meals on Wheels, as just part of a broader initiative by the Progressive Employee Civic Fund. Together with our other properties, including Progressive Chevrolet, Star Wash and Economy Auto Outlet, our employees raised more than $53,000 in 2021 — and we’re looking forward to seeing all they accomplish in 2022 and beyond.
