What's new to the 2025 Ram 1500
The most notable change is probably the introduction of a new top-level trim: Tungsten. The Tungsten trim is a premium trim that comes with all the bells and whistles while also ensuring uncompromising performance. The new Tungsten trim slots in as the new top trim level, offering features like unique Indigo/Sea Salt interior trim, metal interior accents, diamond knurling, and suede-wrapped headliner. Beyond this, the Tungsten trim will offer heated/ventilated front seats that are clad in premium quilted Natura Plus leather. The front seats also come with massaging functionality, power lumbar support, and 24-way power adjustable seats. Also included with the Tungsten trim is a premium Klipsch Reference audio system that features 23 speakers, a 12-inch subwoofer, and two 1-inch dome tweeters.
The 2025 Ram 1500 also makes a new 3.0-liter Hurricane engine available, which offers 420 horsepower and 469 pound-feet of torque. There's also an available high output version of the 3.0-liter Hurricane engine, which manages 540 horsepower and 521 pound-feet of torque. It's also worth noting that the Ram 1500 TRX will be discontinued for the 2025 model year, getting replaced by the RHO. Ram has yet to release much information on the RHO.
